Each "PACK" includes the following:

• 1 Fresh Thick Mochi Noodles
• 1 Ken's Signature Paitan Broth (infused with Shio Tare and Chi-yu)
• 3 oz Miso Bomb
• 1 oz of Ra-yu
• 1 Torched pulled organic chicken breast 
• 1 Nori Seaweed
• 1 set of Chopsticks

Recommended Garnishes Not Included (Available for purchase)

• Bamboo shoots
• Wood-ear mushroom
• Kakuni (Slow-braised pork belly)

TO STORE

• Kit ships frozen with ice packs
• May thaw in transit
• Upon arrival, remove packaging and place immediately in the fridge ( or Freezer)
• May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days for vegetables and chashu and 1 week for noodle
• May be frozen immediately upon arrival for up to 1 month
