Each "PACK" includes the following:

• 1 Fresh thin yellow wavy noodles
• 1 Vegan dashi broth (infused with vegan shio tare)
• 1 Tsp Yuzu bomb
• 4 slices of seasoned tofu
• 1 Nori Seaweed
• 1 set of Chopsticks

Recommended Garnishes Not Included (Available for purchase)

• Bamboo shoots
• Wood-ear mushroom

TO STORE

• Kit ships frozen with ice packs
• May thaw in transit
• Upon arrival, remove packaging and place immediately in the fridge ( or Freezer)
• May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days for vegetables and chashu and 1 week for noodle
• May be frozen immediately upon arrival for up to 1 month
